一夜限りのCOMPOUND GALLERY TOKYO

ﾎﾟｰﾄﾗﾝﾄﾞにあるｷﾞｬﾗﾘｰ併設のｾﾚｸﾄｼｮｯﾌﾟ「COMPOUND」。
街の最先端のﾋﾄ、ﾓﾉが集まるこの場所を一夜限りで東京にｵｰﾌﾟﾝさせる。MHAKやOEILのﾗｲﾌﾞﾍﾟｲﾝﾃｨﾝｸﾞやｱｰﾄ作品の展示とともに、Portland No.1 DJも一夜限定の日本上陸。。さらに「adidas AZX project」の「ZX500　COMPOUNDモデル」の発表も行う。ﾎﾟｰﾄﾗﾝﾄﾞのﾃﾞｻﾞｲﾝﾁｰﾑが手掛け、東京で展開されるﾌﾞﾗﾝﾄﾞ「A.N. Other Project」も展示予定。18時～22時(ﾗｲﾌﾞﾍﾟｲﾝﾃｨﾝｸﾞは20時より行います。)

1981年福島県会津若松生まれ。 2004年某ｱﾊﾟﾚﾙﾌﾞﾗﾝﾄﾞのﾃﾞｻﾞｲﾅｰを経て,自身の創作活動を開始。創作の場をﾃﾞｻﾞｲﾝやｱｰﾄに限定されることなく、国内外での展示や内装壁画、ｱﾊﾟﾚﾙﾌﾞﾗﾝﾄﾞとのｺﾗﾎﾞﾚｰｼｮﾝなどで、常に新しい可能性を追求した作品を発表している。曲線の美しさが特徴的な作品は、ｸﾞﾗﾌｲﾃｨｰの要素にみられる描く行為に多大な影響を受けたもの。 2007年4月に、ｱﾒﾘｶ･ﾎﾟｰﾄﾗﾝﾄﾞ『moshi-moshi gallery』にて自身初の個展を開催した事をきっかけに国外を軸とした活動を精力的に開始。定期的な国外での展示はもちろんのこと『CLEATIS PRESTON (New Zealand)』や『Monsieur.T (USA)』といった国外のｱﾊﾟﾚﾙﾌﾞﾗﾝﾄﾞへのｱｰﾄﾜｰｸ提供など国際的に活動の幅を広げている。

Born in Tokyo, 1983. Artist / Live painter. Is currently on the graduate school of fine arts (master course) of Tokyo National University of Fine Arts & Music. Is active as a conceptualist and an actual pratictioneer of artistic work, live painting and public projects based on his own theory of post-graffiti. His sharp line of style can be seen in various places, mainly in central Tokyo. Up to date, has made a personal exposition in Italy, his work was on exhibition at the Aichi Internation Expo, has collaborated with Ortofon, did wall painting at “Nippon Open”, at club “Milk”, at art space “Super Deluxe” and so on, and has worked in collaboration with apparel brands. On the side, with an eye to breath new air into the live painting scene, started in 2006 “Tokyo Livepaint Showcase HUOVA”. Did about 50 live paintings yearly including the ones at Studio K, at Roppongi Hills and at Metamorphose(one of the biggest dance music festival in Japan)

Todd Templeman: Designer for A.N. Other Project. Freelance stylist , and photographer. Works for Nemo Design Studios in Portland, Oregon. Our production is done my Almighty/Empire Corporation in Japan
